An application form issued to the person concerned on 16^thApril 2019 which was returned on the 15^thMay 2019. In a letter dated the 16^thMay 2019, the Community Welfare Officer (CWO) requested further information in order to allow for a decision on the application. The CWO made further contact by telephone with the person concerned on the 20^thMay 2019 to clarify the outstanding information needed but the information required has not been provided yet. A decision will be made by the CWO on receipt of this outstanding information.

I hope this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
