At the end of 2018, a total of 1,260 applications had been received from property owners under the Repair and Lease Scheme (RLS); 89 homes had been brought back into use and were tenanted; and 132 agreements for lease had been signed. A detailed breakdown of RLS data by local authority up to end Q4 2018 is available on my Department’s website at the following link:

RLS data for Q1 2019 are currently being collated and will be published on my Department's website shortly.
