As set out in my reply to PQ 18042 of 18/04/2019 I understand that written submissions have been received from both the Employer and relevant staff associations and more recently, on 5th March last, oral presentations were also made to the Commission by both parties. Following this, the Commission has indicated that it expects to complete its examination of recruitment and retention matters in the Defence Forces by the end of quarter two 2019.
