To ask the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs the protocol regarding religion in the case of children who are fostered and if the religion of the parent or parents of the child will be respected in all circumstances in view of reports that fostered children are being prepared for Holy Communion, Confirmation or both against the wishes of their parents.
