The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) administers a number of grant schemes that support the installation of more energy efficient windows.
Whole house retrofits, which can include windows and doors, are eligible for funding under the Deep Retrofit and Better Energy Communities Programmes. Energy efficient windows and doors can also be installed in eligible homes under the Warmer Homes Scheme and Warmth and Wellbeing Scheme when deemed necessary by a SEAI surveyor.
While the energy efficiency schemes funded by my Department are kept under constant review, a further expansion of the eligible measures is not planned at this time.
