To ask the Minister for Health if funding is available from the HSE for the refurbishment of the new premises for the Clondalkin adult mental health service; when work at the new location will commence in view of the fact that planning permission has been secured; when the works will be completed; and if the current service provision will remain at a location (details supplied) until the new premises is complete.
