The person concerned submitted an application for jobseeker's allowance with effect from 11/3/19.
The person concerned was disqualified from payment for a period of 9 weeks by a Deciding Officer, in accordance with section 147(4)(b) of the Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005 as amended, as he was deemed to have refused employment.
When jobseeker's allowance is re-instated on week commencing 13/5/19, the person concerned will be entitled to a weekly payment outlined as follows:
€ | |
---|---|
Personal rate | €203.00 |
Increase for a Qualified Adult | €134.70 |
Increase for 4 Qualified Children | €145.00 |
Sub-total | €482.70 |
Less weekly means | (€ 82.00) |
Total weekly jobseeker's allowance payment | €400.70 |
I trust this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
