The person concerned submitted an application for jobseeker's allowance with effect from 11/3/19.

The person concerned was disqualified from payment for a period of 9 weeks by a Deciding Officer, in accordance with section 147(4)(b) of the Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005 as amended, as he was deemed to have refused employment.

When jobseeker's allowance is re-instated on week commencing 13/5/19, the person concerned will be entitled to a weekly payment outlined as follows:

Personal rate €203.00
Increase for a Qualified Adult€134.70
Increase for 4 Qualified Children€145.00
Sub-total€482.70
Less weekly means(€ 82.00)
Total weekly jobseeker's allowance payment€400.70

I trust this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
