To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the contract award price for all public contracts awarded to companies (details supplied) over €10 million including road, sanitary, housing or works; the type of procurement contract; the full value of all claims submitted by the companies prior to negotiation or evaluation; the full value of all claims as settled and paid to the companies in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The details sought by the Deputy are not available centrally. The management of individual contracts is a matter for the relevant contracting authorities and my Department does not have a central coordination role in relation to contracts entered into by all state authorities.
