335. To ask the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection the level of jobseeker's allowance being paid in the case of a person (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. [16011/19]

According to departmental records the person concerned has not made an application for Jobseeker's Allowance and therefore no allowance is being paid.  It is open to them to submit an application to their local Intreo Centre .

I trust this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
