To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 25 of 13 March 2019, the strategy in place to achieve the objective of working towards a targeted minimum prescribing rate for biosimilars of 50%; if this is a mandatory target; the timeline to achieve the target; if he has engaged with all relevant stakeholders including prescribers, dispensers and suppliers of medicines to achieve the target; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
