To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 73 of 13 March 2019, the training the staff in St. Luke's Hospital were provided with in regard to the rules governing the use of seclusion from 2011 to date; if such training has only recently commenced; the provider of the training; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
