To ask the Minister for Health whether the psychiatrist tasked with covering child referrals from a centre (details supplied) in County Westmeath responsible for covering the county is unable to accept new referrals due to the delay in filling the nursing point at the centre, which has remained vacant for the past two months; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
