500. To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality his views on the case of a person (details supplied) facing extradition to Lithuania in view of the conditions faced by prisoners on pre-trial detention in Lithuanian prisons; his further views regarding the removal of a number of judges as a result of an anti-corruption investigation raising the potential for the denial of the human rights of persons in such a judicial system; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
