It would not be appropriate for me to comment on an operational matter relating to any individual. This is an operational matter for Tusla under its Dignity at Work Policy and its Grievance Procedure. I have referred the Deputy's question to Tusla for direct reply.

The Deputy will be aware that I have received correspondence from an employee of Tusla in December 2016 that includes a reference to complaints against other members of that organisation but it would not be appropriate for me to comment on a matter relating to any individual.
