To ask the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs if the human resources section of Tusla has received a grievance submitted in November 2015 by an employee of Tusla which includes a complaint in regard to the performance of a person (details supplied) among other named national managers or former national managers in Tusla. It would not be appropriate for me to comment on an operational matter relating to any individual. This is an operational matter for Tusla under its Dignity at Work Policy and its Grievance Procedure. I have referred the Deputy's question to Tusla for direct reply.

The Deputy will be aware that I have received correspondence from an employee of Tusla in December 2016 that includes a reference to complaints against other members of that organisation but it would not be appropriate for me to comment on a matter relating to any individual.
