93. To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if a decision has been made on an application by a person (details supplied) to remove a burden on lands at a location in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11229/19]

An Office of Public Works (OPW) senior Property Manager has arranged to visit the site referred to by the Deputy during the second week of March.  Once the site visit is complete a decision will be made on the application to remove the burden.
