To ask the Minister for Health the reason a decision was taken to merge the Westdoc out of hours general practitioner service in Glenamaddy, Castlerea and Roscommon; when the decision was made; the reason there was no communication or engagement with the communities affected by the changes; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
