556. To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the measures put in place to enable Irish citizens resident in Northern Ireland to apply for an Irish driver licence post-Brexit; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [9470/19]

Under EU law, a person must be resident in the Member State to apply for a driving licence in that State. This requirement will not change post-Brexit.
