To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government the annual cost in 2017, 2018 and projected for 2019 of the housing assistance payment, HAP, the rental accommodation scheme, RAS, rent supplement and all other housing assistance payments to landlords; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
