To ask the Minister for Health the progress made to date in providing an alternative nursing facility to both St. Annes Nursing Home and Clifden Hospital in Clifden, County Galway; the details of the facilities it is proposed to provide in the new facility; if there will be two hospice beds; if there will be provision there for the administering of intravenous antibiotics; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As this is a service matter I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond directly to the Deputy as soon as possible.
