The person concerned made an application for Jobseekers Allowance (JSA) on the 01stFebruary 2019 and this claim is being processed by my Department. The person concerned has been advised of outstanding documentation & the need to attend the Branch Office in Maynooth to complete the application process.
Attempts to contact the person concerned by a Community Welfare Officer (CWO) have been unsuccessful, and if the Deputy is in contact with the person concerned they should be advised to contact their local CWO.
I hope this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
