The person concerned made an application for Jobseekers Allowance (JSA) on the 01^stFebruary 2019 and this claim is being processed by my Department. The person concerned has been advised of outstanding documentation & the need to attend the Branch Office in Maynooth to complete the application process.

Attempts to contact the person concerned by a Community Welfare Officer (CWO) have been unsuccessful, and if the Deputy is in contact with the person concerned they should be advised to contact their local CWO.

I hope this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
