To ask the Minister for Health if the €9 million for a replacement 50-bed unit at the Sacred Heart Hospital, County Roscommon, has been ring-fenced; if the project is still included in the HSE capital plan 2017 to 2021 in view of the overspend on the national children’s hospital; the status of the project; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
