To ask the Minister for Health if a complaint made by the family of a person (details supplied) with respect to purported deficits in the care and level of treatment provided to the person at Letterkenny University Hospital has been received by the HSE; if a response has issued to the complaint; the efforts made by authorities to address the concerns raised therein and investigate same; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
