Operational responsibility for delivery of the construction project lies with the National Paediatric Hospital Development Board (NPHDB), charged with planning, designing, building and equipping the new children’s hospital and outpatient and urgent care centres. As this query relates to NPHDB expenditure, I have asked the NPHDB to respond to you directly, as soon as possible.
