On receipt of additional medical evidence submitted in support of the appeal of the lady concerned, a review of the claim was carried out by a deciding officer and she has been awarded invalidity pension with effect from 10 May 2018.

Payment will issue to her nominated bank account on 31 January 2019.  Arrears due from 10 May 2018 to 30 January 2019 (less any overlapping social welfare payment) will issue as soon as possible.  The lady in question was notified of this decision on 17 January 2019.

I hope this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
