A National Framework Agreement was set up by the Office of Government Procurement in 2017 for Cleaning Services. This framework was advertised through the e-Tenders portal. The framework was open to all companies to apply for and see appointment to same. The named company did not apply for this framework.

The requirement identified is being conducted through the OGP framework and only companies who were appointed to the framework are eligible to compete for same.
