1097. To ask the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection the estimated full year cost of increasing disability allowance, disability benefit, blind pension, invalidity pension, carer's allowance and carer's benefit by €5, €10, €15, €20 and €25 respectively taking into account increases already committed to in Budget 2019; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The estimated full year cost of increasing the weekly rates of payment of disability allowance, illness benefit (formerly disability benefit), blind pension, invalidity pension, carer's allowance and carer's benefit by €5, €10, €15, €20 and €25 respectively is set out in the following table.
