The BPS application submitted under the applicant’s parents name and the BPS application submitted under the reference number have now been updated on the Department’s system under the one BPS application in the applicant’s name. The Department has subsequently processed the transfer of entitlements and payment will issue shortly. The Department has been in contact directly with the applicant in relation to this issue.
