To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if consideration is being given to using funds in his Department, including the Office of Public Works, to upgrade infrastructure at Rosslare Port to prepare for the possibility of the UK becoming a third country with the EU in 2019. The OPW are working with the Port authority to ensure that the necessary infrastructure is in place. Once the plans have been finalised a suitable funding mechanism will be put in place.
