To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality if he will expedite consideration of the report by the Oireachtas Joint Committee on Justice and Equality following pre-legislative scrutiny of the general scheme of the 38th Amendment of the Constitutional (Role of Women) Bill; and if a public consultation process will be convened early in 2019 with a view to holding the referendum in 2019.
