To ask the Minister for Health the number of information and communications technology contracts in place in the HSE that involve prepayments in respect of work to be carried out by a third party; the amount of prepayments made for works that have not been completed; the companies in respect of each of these cases; the duration of each of these contracts; the overall costs of each contract; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
