To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the funding his Department, including the Office of Public Works, has allocated in each year and expended since June 2016 on upgrading infrastructure at Dublin and Rosslare ports to prepare for the possibility of the UK becoming a third country with the EU and increased export certification in addition to sanitary and phytosanitary controls required; and if the information cannot be provided, the reason therefor.
