To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if he will liaise with the local authority to formulate a plan for the refurbishment and ongoing use of the historical building further to repair work done to the roof of a building (details supplied) in County Tipperary; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Office of Public Works does not have a role in any planned refurbishment of the former Courthouse building as the property is owned by the local Council.
