The lady referred to has been awarded invalidity pension with effect from 12 April 2018.

Payment will issue to her nominated bank account on 13 December 2018. Arrears due from 12 April 2018 to 12 December 2018 less overlapping social welfare payments will issue as soon as possible. The lady in question was notified of this decision on 29 November 2018.

I trust this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
