To ask the Minister for Health if he will examine the policy on out-of-hours general practitioner services in circumstances in which a person's general practitioner is not in the locality of the person's home and the individual needs medical treatment such as in a case (details supplied); if changes can be made to this policy to avoid similar cases; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
