To ask the Minister for Education and Skills the reason a student that is not satisfied with their leaving certificate results in agricultural science cannot appeal the project portion of their results which accounts for 25% of the overall marks; if this anomaly will be reviewed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The State Examinations Commission has statutory responsibility for operational matters relating to the certificate examinations.
