To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if he has conducted an analysis on improving the train schedule by increasing the number of trains and the possibility of more direct trains from County Laois at train stations in Portlaoise and Ballybrophy in view of the fact that the commuting numbers have increased in recent years with no added services; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
