The Illness Benefit claim for the person concerned is now paid up to date. She is certified to 11th November 2018. If she remains unfit for work, a further medical certificate should be submitted to the Department as soon as possible.

I trust this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.

She is paid up her certified date of 31st October 2018. If the customer remains unfit for work, she should submit a further medical certificate as soon as possible.
