The Office of Public Works (OPW) is the legal owner of the properties it acquires to provide office accommodation for the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport and, accordingly, the OPW is responsible for the purchase/lease of properties in its ownership. This is therefore a matter for my colleague, the Minister of State with responsibility for the Office of Public Works.
