I am advised by the Garda authorities that the number of Gardaí that have been trained to use the specified devices is given in the table below, broken down by Garda division. 

*Figures provided are as of the 24^thAugust 2018.All data provided is provisional, operational, and subject to change.

Regarding the number of mouthpieces that have been used by Gardaí in 2018, I have requested a report from An Garda Síochána in relation to these statistics and I will be in contact with the Deputy directly on receipt of this report.
