As indicated in response to Parliamentary Question 42797/18, the Fresh Start Agreement includes a commitment to undertake a review of the proposed Narrow Water Bridge project with a view to identifying options for its future development. A draft options paper has been prepared and is due to be the subject of further consultation with interested stakeholders before it is finalised.

When completed the options paper is due to be submitted for consideration by the North South Ministerial Council (NSMC) when that body is reconvened. 

Pending future decisions on the project, there is no specific allocation of funding for a Narrow Water Bridge scheme.
