To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality further to Parliamentary Question No. 270 of 18 September 2018, the number of EU treaty rights visa applications received, granted and refused, respectively, by country to date in 2018, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am advised by the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service (INIS) of my Department that the following tables set out the position in relation to the ten highest number of applications received, by nationality, and a combined figure for all other nationalities in the year to the end of September.

Please note that the figures illustrated in the second table reflect a significant number of applications processed this year but received in preceding years.
