To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if Irish Rail will review its new timetable changes which came into affect on 9 September 2018; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that under these changes Howth Junction, Clongriffin and Portmarnock are now served by fewer week day northern commuter services and this is having a knock-on effect on all DART trains going to the city centre, producing overcrowding and disruption for commuters; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
