183. To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if Irish Rail will review its new timetable changes which came into affect on 9 September 2018; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that under these changes Howth Junction, Clongriffin and Portmarnock are now served by fewer week day northern commuter services and this is having a knock-on effect on all DART trains going to the city centre, producing overcrowding and disruption for commuters; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The issue raised is a matter for the National Transport Authority (NTA) in conjunction with Iarnród Éireann and I have forwarded the Deputy's question to the NTA for direct reply. Please advise my private office if you do not receive a response within ten working days.
