To ask the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to a situation in north County Dublin by which home care hours have been allocated and approved and carers are available and ready to do the work but the funding has not been approved; if his attention has been further drawn to the fact that there are several persons waiting for funding to be approved in this manner; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
