To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 190 of 28 June 2018, if the Health Service Executive, HSE, can provide evidence that the attention of all employees, both in acting positions and not successful in the first round of the Haddington Road agreement, was drawn to circular 17/2013 and the appeals process when it was released; and if so, if he will furnish the evidence.
