To ask the Minister for Health if ambulances, emergency medical technicians, EMTs, and paramedics will be increased each year to improve response times with regard to the commitment in A Programme for a Partnership Government; the increase in each to date in counties Cavan and Monaghan; and the way in which response times have improved in the counties.
