To ask the Minister for Health his plans for the north Dublin mental health services for older persons inpatient accommodation unit which was temporarily relocated in 2011 from St. Ita’s, Portrane to St. Vincent’s Hospital, Fairview; if the ABC unit at St. Ita’s, Portrane has been refurbished as planned; if he still plans to transfer the service back to the refurbished ABC unit to become a dedicated service as announced in 2011; the timeframe for same; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As this is a service matter I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond directly to the Deputy as soon as possible.

445. To ask the Minister for Health the position regarding the new national forensic mental health services hospital, Portrane, County Dublin; the target completion date for the new facility; if the building works remain on schedule; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [32020/18]
