To ask the Minister for Health the improvements made in mental health engagement in the design and delivery of services through the further development of forums in each CHO in conjunction with service users, family members and carers and the development of standardised reimbursement methods as per the commitment in the 2018 HSE service plan. To ask the Minister for Health if he will report on the development of a standardised approach to inclusion of mental health service users in care planning and the promotion of enhanced self-management for service users in line with the recommendations of the National Recovery Framework as per the commitment in the 2018 HSE service plan.
