My Department has under the previous legislative framework facilitated access to personal data being processed. Following the introduction of GDPR these requests have been centralised and registered by the data protection team who clarify any issues of identity or of scope of a particular request and determine the date for response. Information on how to make a subject access request is provided on the Department’s website as part of our Privacy Policy at; .
