200. To ask the Minister for Education and Skills if all monetary compensation as a result of High Court orders against his Department have been paid to the persons involved; if not, when the payments will issue; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [29465/18]

There are no instances where monetary compensation as a result of High Court orders against the Department of Education and Skills have not been paid to the persons involved.
