The Programme for a Partnership Government includes a commitment to publish "a plan for advancing Neuro-rehabilitation services in the community". The developmentof an implementation framework for the National Policy & Strategy for the provision of Neuro-rehabilitation Services in Irelandis a matter for the Health Service Executive (HSE). I am advised by the HSE that the implementation framework is currently awaiting sign-off by its management team.

As the Deputy's question relates to a service matter, I have arranged for the question to be referred to the HSE for direct reply to the Deputy.
